Technology That Supports Real Recovery Progress

We use proven systems to track movement patterns and measure improvements. No gimmicks—just practical tools that help therapists make better decisions about your rehabilitation journey.

Talk About Your Needs

Understanding How Your Body Actually Moves

Here's what matters. We capture movement data during therapy sessions using calibrated sensors. This tells us if you're favoring one leg, compensating with your shoulders, or missing range in specific joints.

  • Real-time feedback shows movement quality during exercises
  • Baseline measurements track progress over weeks and months
  • Pattern recognition identifies compensatory movements early
  • Data exports help coordinate care between specialists

Our therapists at 3 Shenton Way review this data weekly. Sometimes clients think they're improving when they're actually building bad habits. The sensors catch that.

Three Systems We Actually Use Every Day

These aren't theoretical. Every client working with us interacts with these platforms during their program.

Progress Dashboard

You get login credentials to view your session history, strength measurements, and range-of-motion trends. Most clients check this between appointments to see if home exercises are making a difference.

Exercise Library Access

Video demonstrations with our therapists showing proper form. Includes modification options for when something hurts or feels wrong. You can message questions directly through the platform.

Session Scheduling

Book appointments, reschedule if needed, and get reminders. Simple stuff, but it keeps everyone organized. You can also flag if you had a setback between sessions so we adjust plans accordingly.

I wasn't sure about the technology part at first. Seemed like extra complexity I didn't need while dealing with a knee injury. But seeing the actual measurements change week to week kept me motivated when progress felt slow.

The dashboard showed my squat depth improving by small increments even when I couldn't feel it myself. That data became proof I was heading in the right direction, which mattered during the frustrating middle weeks of rehabilitation.
